Welcome to Oh Snap! Photobooth LLC. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. Effective 5/7/2026

Company Information 

Oh Snap! Photobooth LLC provides photobooth services and party rental equipment, including but not limited to tables, chairs, tents, bounce houses, and related event services throughout Metro Detroit and surrounding areas.

Booking & Payments

  • A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your event date.

  • Final balances must be paid according to the terms outlined in your invoice or rental agreement.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and reserved inventory.

  • Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis and according to the signed rental agreement.

Equipment Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for rented equipment during the rental period. Damaged, missing, or excessively dirty items may result in additional charges.

Weather & Outdoor Events

  • For outdoor events, customers are responsible for ensuring a safe setup environment. Oh Snap! Photobooth LLC reserves the right to refuse setup or discontinue service during unsafe weather conditions including severe wind, lightning, or hazardous conditions.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Oh Snap! Photobooth LLC, you consent to receive conversational, informational, and customer care messages related to:

  • event bookings

  • appointment confirmations

  • delivery updates

  • invoices

  • event reminders

  • customer support

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services.
